Edge was founded by Jeff Morgheim, a financial executive who has 25 years of experience delivering complex economic, risk and option valuations for oil and gas companies.

 

Whether it is improving existing processes, implementing new processes, or helping executives lead their teams through a crisis, Jeff develops and delivers solutions.

 

At BP, Jeff led the development of economic evaluation, portfolio, and planning processes in the US Onshore, Gulf of Mexico, and Russia.  He helped the BP executive team tackle climate change policy risks.  Jeff spearheaded the economic evaluation and negotiations with Gulf states in the wake of the 2010 oil spill.

 

At Chesapeake, the Board, CEO and the executive team relied on him to establish the company’s first-ever portfolio, planning and enterprise risk management processes.

He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University with degrees in both Economics and Russian Language.
